Model2814 automatically folds, glues, stitches corrugated cartons. Our uniquely engineered mechanical folding arms fold cartons up-ward, so it can be easily configured in line with bottom printing flexo printer , or, of course, can be configured  to be stand-alone. As the folding action is performed by  mechanical arms, Model2814 produces accurately folded non-fishtailing cartons.

FOLDER UNIT 

4 mecahnical static folding arms fold upward direction. Sophisticated squaring devices ensure easy control of fish-tailing.

 

 

OSCILLATING HEAD

AC servo motor driven oscillating stitching head provides  fast and accurate   stitching. Setup and  programming is finished in  a minute.
